According to the ground guide section on t'fishy site, there's one near the ground called Josh's. Just done a bit of investigating - it's on the main road about four streets away in the Cleethorpes direction. Sounds like it could be the one!

Re: That Chippy in Grimsby

BTW, will see you in Josh's chippy Tony and possibly in the pub which according to the ground guide welcomes both home and away fans. Hope to see a few of you there.

Went to one called Mariners a few blocks up the road towards Cleethorpes.

Seemed good.

£3.40 for a large haddock and chips.

I went in the Seaway opposite the pier. For some strange reason, they give you TWO fish with your chips. Suppose they have more fish than they know what to do with over there.

Re: That Chippy in Grimsby

Went in a chippy called the Leaky Boot near the prom in Cleethorpes. Very nice Fish. also £3.40 for fish 'n chips missed the boozers coz the missus wanted to stop halfway on the M62 so didn't make it much before 1:30 and by the time we had eaten them it was tgime to find a parking spot and get into the ground
