Ian Foster only joined Sligo last month, after spells managing Galway and Dundalk. He played against us as an 89th minute sub for Chester in 2003 when Cook scored a scorching 25-yarder. Interestingly, Rommy has just rejoined Sligo and scored in a friendly on his debut.

Confirmed compensation has been agreed. Statement to come tomorrow from either Rovers or Accrington. All the best Paul.

Confirmed by who? Not doubting you, but I just wondered how you could be so certain when no official announcement has been made yet.
