The Tangerines Match Thread
Lee Mason is to referee Blackpool's Sky Bet League One fixture at home to Accrington Stanley on Saturday.
Mason, who often officiates in the Premier League, last took charge of a Blackpool match in January 2013, which was 1-1 draw at Fulham in the FA Cup.
He will be assisted at Bloomfield Road this weekend by Matt Wilkes and Derek Eaton.
John Brooks will be on fourth official duties.

Re: The Tangerines Match Thread
Love to have a camera focused on Rob Heys for the entire match. As long as both sides scored, it would be very interesting to see his reactions.

Re: The Tangerines Match Thread
An injury time equaliser always seems like a winner, if our team score it. Well done Mr. Hughes. Good point.

Re: The Tangerines Match Thread
Game took a while to get going and Acci shaded the first half, with both teams having chances.
The first thirty minutes of the second half they pinned us back and generally controlled the game.
Eventually they got the goal and could have had another, cue subs by Coley and we wrestled control back of the game and pinned them back.
When Sean missed an open goal you thought it wasn’t going to be our day, that’s not the Acci way and Hughesy rose like a salmon to head the equaliser!!
Dont like singling one player out,but Sykes impressed me.
Few rough edges, got rolled a couple of times, which happens, but what a talent he could turn out to be.
One to watch that’s for sure KTF

Re: The Tangerines Match Thread
Sykes impressed me and Id just finished telling someone that he was having a good game, when he got rolled the first time and then nearly killed a donkey with an attempted 40 yard pass. However, they are inexperienced blemishes surpassed by some of his Beckenbauresque upfield adventures.
Two Jonny Smiths I say ...

Re: The Tangerines Match Thread
Ive been saying for awhile Sykes is showing real promise, if he keeps working hard then he will play much higher imho to be honest i thought the ref was poor, only Billy Kee booked yet blackpool played like Satanage in the second half, also thought we didn't get what looked to us like a cast iron penalty, yeh Zinzala or Sean should have scored, but yeh gotta be there to miss em.was also impressed with the new lad whose name i cant pronounce thought he had a very good debut, thought our Captain was very poor today.
