Ticket Office/Sun £9.50 Ticket Offer

Hi

I am a Wycombe fan trying to book tickets for the Sun's £9.50 for 2 tickets offer.

In case you wonder what I am on about Footie with a Friend from £9.50 | The Sun |Fun|Competitions|Promotions

I've been trying for a week now but each time I call the ticket office phone just rings and rings and emails go unreplied to.

Anyone know what's going on, I feel as if I have more chance of getting into contact with Lord Lucan than anyone from the ticket office!

Regardless I am looking forward to coming to Accy on Saturday, good chippy and pub and decent fans.

Thanks

Russ

Re: Ticket Office/Sun £9.50 Ticket Offer

Looks like it has been deleted off the list...

Or at least for away fans it has. Originally it was for both, as with the other games

I thought the bad old days had gone, you are talking about ASFC ticket office?

I would think so

I've been trying to get a ticket online and can't and no reply when I emailed them. So much for ordering in advance to save £2.

Re: Ticket Office/Sun £9.50 Ticket Offer

Hi,

Regarding the ticketing issue for the Wycombe fixture, we are having a technical difficulty that is stopping online tickets for this game only, it will be resolved very soon and has only just occured recently. So do please keep trying.

The phone system has been exceptionally busy with response to the Newcastle fixture which saw unprecedented demand for tickets, unfortunately as with any football club, ticket enquiries are subject to the same direction which is usually the ticket office. However after the game and subsequently since all calls are absolutely fine and we have been advising supporters as normal regarding any ticketing query.

I have picked up the OP's direct email and responded accordingly this morning. But to re-iterate the point made in the email, Sun promotional vouchers are only exchangable at the ticket office and for obvious reasons cannot be re deemed over the phone. We will also not issue tickets using this voucher for visiting sections of the ground and as Wycombe have recieved the tickets in the post over a week ago and can only be purchased from their ticket office. If wycombe are participating in the Sun promotion then there should be no issue in purchasing your tickets this way.

Any supporter can redeem the voucher on the day of the fixture at the StanleyStore or prior to the game at the same location which in practice accomodates any visitor to the crown ground.

Although we understand and aim to resolve any complaints regarding ticketing, it has been an exceptionally busy period for the box office and we apologise for any supporter of any club who has been unable to get through.

thanks
