This caused uproar leading to tustles between subs and staff of both sides, Bell was furious and got sent off. Coley - apparently also got sent off but I'm pretty sure he stayed in the dugout - mistake by Sky etc reporting him as off ? Richardson was booked and that **** Ince was left to stay. One of the MK staff also got away with hurling abuse at one of the over 50's in the crowd.
The worst thing however came at the end of the match. When walking off Ince - who shouldn't have even been there in the first place - starting shouting and swearing at a lady in the crowd - whom I believe to be our very own Harwood Red. The man is pure scum and didn't even have the nerve to talk to HR one to one. Preferring to shout obscenities surrounded by his cronies, who watched on laughing. The man should be banned from the game, he is supposed to be a role model and yet behaviour such as this makes him one of the lowest forms of life there is.

Good report Sam.. it sounds like Ince should have gone also.. i'm sure Harwood Red will furnish us with the details, what a disgrace to football that man is.

Re: Today vs MKD
Agree with Slerpy, except I thought David Brown was our weak link today as he contributed nothing, delayed and missed a good shooting chance in the first half, and was hustled easily off the ball, as usual. The final straw was his giving away possession cheaply in a good attacking position, resulting in Franchise F.C. going staight down the other end for the winner. This was surely the last chance saloon for him at Stanley. As for the Ince affair, I only saw him impeding Liam by standing on the touchline A la Mangan and getting shoved over quite rightly. What a little s****e he is!!
Our lads deserved something for a gutsy effort although the gap in class was evident throughout. To me our biggest failing is our inability to play the ball out of defence when under pressure, therefore inviting the opposition straight back in again, but that's why we are where we are and MK are where they are. Some great songs from the Ultras today, especially those questioning the Dons parentage as a club - priceless. Very entertaining afternoon all round.

Re: Today vs MKD
A very very good display today
Back four looked solid. I thought Aswad did okay caused a few problems for them perhaps just lacking that final ball but a good game against what are in essence the so called Best this League has to Offer. From what I saw of the so called fracas Coley looked hard done by, if anything he was more of a peacekeeper than anything

I heard the interview with Richardson on the radio. It was actually the assistant manager Mathioas who impeded him. He did say in the resulting fraces that Ince threw a couple of punches.

Echo that samf, yes Harwood red did get abused by Ince the nonce & im sure she will be dealing with the matter further [tho she has to behave herself in gazelle] will no doubt hear the full version later. Really annoying that the nonce didnt get removed as our management did for less - tho they got the backing from the crowd assured.
Go ultras for the great atmosphere today - they didnt like it up em did they & im sure miles liked his reception at the fes heheheehe

Re: Today vs MKD
Well done Reds, your efforts should have been rewarded by at least a point. Kenny Aurthur had a good game, so did the defence generaly.
I was disapointed with the boos when Branch came on,it was obvious his height was required in their box. I think MK got out of jail today and were rather furtunate to claim all the points.

Thought Arthur's experience shone through, interesting that he had a go at Craney after their goal.
Funny, from where I was, I thought Ian wasn't at all involved.
As for MK Dons - worthy champions, or a team of strong, diving, cheating, bullies? (Not a question, btw.)
Mr. Ince? Well this is a family forum, let's just say I wish he'd come up against Tommy Smith a few times in his playing career.
I can well understand Stanleymad calling him a nonce, unfair on nonces, IMO.

He hasn't been involved for about a month from where I am.
Feel like I'm going bonkers here, every game I have the same question rolling around my head: " why's Craney up front?". Variations include " he just isn't a striker" or " he never contributes anything there" and " he isn't eff'in quick enough anyway".
I genuinely feel like we could've nabbed 3 points today if we'd have had Craney in midfield (or on the bench) & McGivern or Mangan up front from the start. The back five of Arthur, Todd, Edwards, Kempson & Richardson were fairly solid and with Proctor back we seemed toi have the cojones to dig something out from somewhere.
However Whalley was fighting a lost battle against their defence from the start as he had no help from his striking partner who was completely lost.
I'm just gutted that the lads have nothing to show for the determination and guts they had in making a top of the league side look nothing more than mid-table mediocrity.
Phil Edwards & Darren Kempson - tremendous defensive partnership. I'd struggle to choose between the two for man of the match but in the first half Kempson 'took one for the team' shall we say so he gets it from me.
Please hold on to this re-found bottle lads. We're going to need it.
Ince is a ******.

Re: Today vs MKD
Was very unlucky not to get a point and i think we played well against a team with 15 league away wins this season and top of the table team! Miles did get a lovely reception and he had to smile with the chant of " you`ll never get your medal " . It just seemed we had no strikers to drive are attacks. Coley why not start with Mcgivern! Give him a bloody start! And as for paul ince , everyone knows he`s a to**er and had to do something to make him stand out in the match. Total prat! We deserved a point and we didnt get it!
Whats this about Paul Merson back at Sky Sports HQ slagging off stanley? Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Re: Today vs MKD
Their assistant manager was out of the technical area when LRichardson was running up to take the throe in,and got in the way it was an accident an over reaction from mkdons on the bench and the field, paul ince did lose his head and shoved and pushed didnt see any punch's though.JC was sent to the stand for trying to stop INCE,J Bell sent to the stand for having ago at the 4th offical.Ince to be fair was in a pritty good mod up to then with friendly banter.as most know i sit next to the away dug out,and it was getting a bit heated between the dug out and us in the stand.on the game thought we desserved at least apoint from the game EDWARDS mtm for me but all round good disspaly by the defence much better than of late

Re: Today vs MKD
Had a good view of the dugout thing.
Richardson perhaps somewhat unnecessarily charged down the line straight through both of the Dons Management. Their man ran a little way on to the pitch after him and started throwing punches. The ref broke up the following fracas in the dugout, went to consult with the liner, then called Richardson over. Coley previously seemed to have been trying to calm things down, but when the ref called Richardson over he lost his rag and ran on to the pitch to the ref and got a card for his trouble.
If any of the fans had gone on to the pitch throwing punches they would quite rightly have been handed over to the police and prosecuted. but since it was only someone who is responsible for maintaining the good name of the game clearly not even a reprimand is needed.

Quite correct, mathias got bowled over by Liam who was trying to take a quick throw in, Ince then threw at least one punch in Liams direction, yet Liam is the one that gets booked
JC was attempting to keep the peace and got sent off for this. Ince and co (right in front of the 4th official) got away with murder.
On the plus side, I thought Stanley played well today and were unlucky to lose. Though why Leighton McGivern wasn't playing in Paul Mullin's absence is beyond me and why Graham Branch was brought on as an attacker is even further beyond me because he did less than David Brown

The point is the Dons management shouldn't have been on the line in the first place and deserved all they got.
