Today's atmosphere

Wasn't it electric
I didn't catch how many were on today but it wasn't full, I honestly thought there would be near a full house today, how anyone could have missed today i'll never know.
Most people did stay for the presentation and well worth watching, the place was alive, looking forward to seeing the pics from today.
Hope they get as good a reception tomorrow, where's evreyone going? I think i'll be near the town hall but I dont think i'll be able to make it too the ground later as i'm going out in the afternoon.

I didn't hear the gate either, though someone said it was over 3,000, but less than Monday.

A day never to forget for those there.

Re: Today's atmosphere

An absolutely Fantastic day, been home over an hour and I’m still keyed up. Wanted to come back for the Supporters club do but I’m knackered after all that clapping, I will be sinking a couple of bottles of Ale tonight to celebrate….

Can I just add that the day was made even better by the fantastic contribution of the Stewards and the respect showed by the supporters of all ages by staying off the pitch at the end of the game and during the celebrations and least and certainly not last the Ultras for an entertaining afternoon.

Bloody fantastic….

Re: Today's atmosphere

I had tears in my eyes when the Ultras respectfully chanted the name of Cav's brother.

A very special tribute.

Re: Today's atmosphere

On Soccer Staurday it said that it was near a full house! If i had known there were only 3000 on i would have come! I live in Preston so i didnt risk coming Accrington and not get a ticket. it showed the celebration on Soccer Saturday, i wish i was there!
