I was expecting the same old tripe..same old stories rewritten..... But this ones deffo different (very different) and a very good read.. Made me smile a lot... well found ossy I finished reading it wishing there was more...

I wonder what Mr Whalley might have to say after being described as a "delightful despot"?

On a seperate note, I see that in their league analysis, The Times did not expect Stanley to achieve promotion again this season.

And on another seperate note, I wonder if it is worthwhile having a sticky thread with the title of "Media Reports" or something similar.. I think everyone is aware that we get far more media coverage than other clubs of a similar league placing or even higher, but no one would be aware of them all, so it might be worth a thread just dedicated to the latest links. The August edition of Lancashire Life also has a piece on Stanley, but I dunno if there is an online version.

News of World has a bit yesterday...NO I am not a reader of that or any other sunday paper.. but they used one of my pics so I ahd to get it still havent read it though
