Turner played well as did the whole team, but he has played much better when coming off the bench as an impact player, but as I said he had a good game along with lots of others

Re: Tonight s Game Vs Macc
Sadly nothing more than I expected Joe. (when your manager starts screaming at certain fans that they are complete f*nnies, you know there are issues!). It's not just Taggart that comes away with brutal lines up here!
At least in two weeks time I get to miss another home defeat and instead see a home win v Exeter. Really confident that Stanley will do very well when they play their 3 home games in a week. I can see a possible scenario that invovles them not losing any. (2 wins and a draw - pipe dream perhaps but it really wouldn't shock me). As someone alluded to earlier, tonights victory will have done wonders for confidence and here's hoping the 2 or 3 required wins will come sooner rather than later. (though if I had my way we'd stuff Grimsby at their place!).

Re: Tonight s Game Vs Macc
What a great performance by the whole team tonight! Everyone on that pitch really played well! Kenny did some great saves! The back four looked solid, they could of attacked all night they were not going to score. Well done Rocky on getting the goal and it was a good goal, he played very well this match and the last match. Turner i think he should start on the wing made the cross for the first goal and played really, took on defenders, ran up and down the wing all game. Jimmy and Procter has a good game. Mullin and Linfield worked hard upfront all game. Would of been good if Mullin's goal would of stood. Procter looked like he enjoyed that goal it will sure get his confidence back up anyway and it was good like someone else has said they way he ran over to us as we were in the side stand and celebrated with the fans and the rest of the players! The lads must be alot more confident now going into Notts County away on Saturday. Miles played good on the wing, his first time back at his old ground. The whole team put in 110% today. Atmosphere the Stanley Fans were making from start to finish was brilliant none stop chanting. Wish every away game could be like that. At the end all the players come over and clapped and looked very happy so it was good that they appreciate the noise we was making. Look foward to see the goals again. MoM for me Turner or Edwards we are really going to miss him if he does not sign a new contract, and it woud be stupid if can not get Tuner to sign becuase he is going to be a quailty player for us.

Just got back after a pint in the Crown. Wish we could play like that at home - fantastic, fired up performance. Hard to single out anyone in particular, but Charnock was immense at the back - what a man (with no name)!

Must agree Redraine, im wi no name were fab
Much harder to play at home because some home fans are on the teams back to quickly, which in turn puts undue pressure on the lads..... At least we are away Saturday

Re: Tonight s Game Vs Macc
A massive three points!
Great all round team performance, great atmosphere, up and at em from the kick-off and when we play like that, Morecambe, Brentford and Tonight there is no need to fear anyone in this division
Well done!
