Don't think he will be suspended. If you don't get 5 yellows before the last sunday in Feb they don't count after unless you get 10 before the end of March. ( All dates are subject to clarification

Here's the correct info

After February 28th the Football Assocation allow a yellow card amnesty for players who reach five bookings, meaning that any player who gets booked after this date will not receive a one-match suspension should he reach the threshold of five bookings.
However, the amnesty only applies to five yellow cards - players who accumulate a total of 10 cautions before April 12th will still be hit with a statutory two-game ban.
