Transfer Window

Who would you like Coleman to sign in the january transfer window ?
Or, if you can't think of someone, what positions need strengthening ? :engsmil:

Re: Transfer Window

I think we need to brnig in a left-back, not for replacement but for cover for Leam Richardson; he's had a brilliant season so far but god forbid if he gets injured we are pretty screwed.

Re: Transfer Window

i think we need a forward although mully has had a great season i think that we found out at halifax if our midfield isnt at thier best we lack creativity up front bocco has the skills but often is bullied out of them by the gorilla like centre backs which most clubs have!

Re: Transfer Window

I think we're fine for attackers; Browny looks sh!t hot again after his lay-off and Mangy is always a breath of fresh air to the team. I doubt we'll shell out for another forward when we need to provide cover at the back.

Re: Transfer Window

Only when Mullers is up front on his billy.
On our day with Mullers & Mangy up front we're the best attacking side in the league.

Re: Transfer Window

I think we should sign a new Signature for Shakermaker as that band one makes a mess of page scrolling. The only striker I would go for would be Twiss, and then only to upset the Christie Park pist narks.

Re: Transfer Window

Does anyone actually think that Twiss is a target of Coleman's? I doubt it; even if we were interested in signing him he'd have to take a pay cut to come here and we all know the greasy tart chooses money over ambition.

Re: Transfer Window

Whoever Coley chooses, and he obviously knows a player or two, with the position we are in it has to be top quality & maybe a little bit of a 6 month gamble ie spending a little more than we really should as we need 12 wins or so to be promoted if things go well

Choose wisely boss man!

Centre Midfielder for me & also Boco to be pushed to the right hand side

Then promotion beckons!!!

Re: Transfer Window

I liked the look of the big fella Grant up front for Halifax. I bet he'd like to take a medal home at the end of the season. He looked like a mobile Mully. Could drag defenders out of position with the ball at his feet and certainly bullied Rocky and Welchy.

funny, the Halifax fans think he's the worst player to ever pull on a football shirt.
