Very encouraging performance from Stanley. I especially liked Miles, who with penetrative dribbling skills gets into dangerous positions and Roberts looks a good combative big 'un. Kenny Arthur looked very solid and had no chance with their late deflected goal. Maybe we have a good "spine" down the middle at last with Mullin surely leading the line when it counts, with McGivern or Dsane playing off him. Carden looks a good midfield general and certainly puts himself about, so with Jay Harris and Proccy in the squad all looks fine in the battling department. Was it Grant on the left wing in the second half? He looked very lively and should come on in leaps and bounds as he gets a bit more muscle on him.
