Just a quick note before I go to bed.

Great post, Rob.

Isn't it good to talk about football instead of politics?

You are so right about Grant's second goal: I was behind and in line with it, and when he made contact there were at least three of us who shouted "That's in!"

The boy's a soccer genius.

The young lad who was going starry eyed over the girl behind the bar in the Crown seemed glad he made the trip up north. Don't think she was though !

Sat Just to the right of the goal before Grant's finish.... me and my mate where screaming for him to spray it wide for Miles to whip it across!!!! Ball hits back of net and all we could scream at each other was spray it wide !!!! (whilst of course bouncing up and down deliriously to the bemusement of my mates young lad!!!)

The lad (Grant ) has some class...Let's all hope that the club stays afloat to keep him and then, when the time comes where Bobby moves on to further his career, the club gets a large sum for nurturing the lad's undoubted talent!!!!
