Re: v Lincoln game thread
Five yellows for Lincoln. Stanley none.
And it takes a goal for the BBC to correct the spelling of 'Darran Kempson'.

Re: v Lincoln game thread
I see Terry Gornell has come on as a sub for Tranmere and put them into the lead just 3 minutes later.

Re: v Lincoln game thread
Good dominant Stanley performance, was a bit tense towards the end but thoroughly good performance - Kempson deserved M.O.M

Re: v Lincoln game thread
Well it's been said. Pretty solid performance from Stanley, every player battled for the win which makes it that little bit better.
I thought it when I first saw him play against Radcliffe and it was confirmed today; Luke Joyce is the type of player we've been after for a long time. He'll prove to be the signing of the season I think.
Well done Darran with the goal and fully deserved Man of the Match performance. John Miles would've been an equally deserving recipient.
Well done Stanley. Good win.

Aye you are right there - never thought I'd see the day Miles ran back and made a sliding challenge to win the ball !!

Re: v Lincoln game thread
if man of match had come from Miles,Winnard,Martin,Mullen, instead i doubt if anyone would have minded, says it all about todays performance.

Re: v Lincoln game thread
Great day at the Crown today, really enjoyed the game. Good display by all the team. If I was being picky I'd say we have to learn not to give the ball away so cheaply and Mullin should really have scored with the header in the first half. All in all though, well happy
