It's because you sit down so much longside. You need to get Red and put some skin on your pads on the Clayton End.........

P.S. Coley coming for a chat now on BBC Lancs...

Re: vs Mansfield.

If that doesn't bring back the crowds nothing will. Great attacking display but better not mention the defence.
Have we just seen the new Gary Roberts?

Whalley was excellent tonight. Direct and quick. A defender's worse nightmare.

Defence (and Elliott) did everything they could to throw it away, but you can't knock the commitment of the lads.

Re: vs Mansfield.

Back from what I can only call a heart stopper of a match... Can't knock elliott as he was injured for most of the match and at one point it looked like young fearon might come on... did manage to quickly speak to rob at end if it was just cramp but he thinks he's pulled a muscle

Did get a goal in the dying minutes but was chalked to offside...but mully's first goal 21 Secs

Defence lets us down no end and they continued to backpass to rob even when they knew he was struggling!!

But also have to say that midfield seem to be letting a fair few get through down the middle

But the lads worked hard for it there's no doubt about that

wey hey 3pts don't ya just love it

Re: vs Mansfield.

I counted 4 gifts that they could have scored but they didn't. Confidence boost for the defence lets hope they can build on it

Talking Re: vs Mansfield.

Great result tonight - and so glad that I changed my prediction to a Stanley loss (I am wrong every single time without fail !!!)

Moved up past Grimsby and Rochdale (with a much better goal difference than the Mariners too) and Boston are now within striking distance.

Roll on the Wycombe match on Saturday - and lets complete the double over them ! It isn't impossible - nothing is for the mighty Stanley !!!

Thankyou Stanley.
A few more matches (results) like this will really cheer up this message board.
Then we can get back to good ol' moaning about our cabriolet stadium!!!
