Re: Vs Rochdale match thread

bloody belter left the deposed King Arthur clutching thin air

one of the most satisfying wins i can remember even though we didn't play too well.

It had looked like being one of those games where the keeper constantly defies you and then the other steal the points in the last minutes.

Well done Stanley.

Re: Vs Rochdale match thread

A lot of credit must go to the young fullbacks who covered the centre backs when defending but won all there headers and tackles, they also kept there shape even when rochdale had four forwards on the pitch.
You would never have known kempson was only 50% fit.
Tom lees impresses more ever game.Athough he came as a centre back looks so composed at right back and is starting to get forward, were as winnards pace and strength allows him to cover the centre backs as well as challenging the winger on his first touch.
Also symes should be playing at an higher level as his technique and ability is championship quality

An excellent day all round... stanley seem to be beating a lot of teams this season who they normally struggle against like bury and rochdale which is also pleasing.

I think the picture of Coley at the end real sums up what the win ment to him and the players. Very good pictures aswell.
