Just a short message to wish Accrington all the very best for the season ahead. You were very welcome guests at Firhill this afternoon.
As PA announcer (stand in) at Firhill this afternoon I would also like to apologise for the lack of annoucements of the Stanley subs. No disrespect was meant. I had a list of names but no numbers to match the names and I couldn't make out the names on the back of the jerseys. Look forward to the next Stanley v Thistle fixture, whenever that may be. |

Many thanks, I very much enjoyed the friendly banter with Jags fans sitting around us and the hospitality that was shown to me personally and other Stanley fans. I also look forward to more friendlies between our clubs, next time maybe at our place. Go to say, your mascot is one of the most colourful I have ever seen
