What will Stanleys Avg Attendance be...

in the league next season?

Obviously it will be higher than this season but what are everyone's thoughts? I'd imagine(and know of one or two) that there'll be a few Burnley fans going to watch you lot instead of us next season. Probably the same for a few Bas.....sorry, Rovers fans.

I reckon you'll prbably get an AVERAGE of 2,800 or something like that. Sound fair?

I may come over for a few games myself when Burnley are away(if the fixtures allow) as it'd be nice to be able to stand and watch a game instead of being told to sit down constantly by over zealous stewards.

Re: What will Stanleys Avg Attendance be...

best way to work this out is to divide the total number of fans by the number of games.... do they not do maths in burnley?

The away following of L2 are not much different from conference... we might have more derby games but there not going to be 3k

I agree with Kipax. The likes of Bury, Rochdale, Macclesfield, Stockport and Chester will bring a lot, but I cant really see Torquay bringing thousands on a cold Tuesday night.

I'd suggest 2000 Accy every game the rest is from away fans ranging from 1000-1200 from Stockport to 60 from Torquay

It'd be higher with a roo............................!!!!

Why should Torquay bring anyone to the IES? They will be in the Conference next season and we won't. While they may take a few hundred to Morecambe or Halifax, I can't see any reason for them to come to Accy. Unless, of course they want a smashing day out visiting our marvelous pound shops.

I agree with Kipax. The likes of Bury, Rochdale, Macclesfield... will bring a lot, but I cant see MK DONS bringing thousands on a cold Tuesday night/warm sunny Saturday.

I reckon we'll average just over 2000 tbh, maybe around the 2200 mark. Only time will tell though

I can. Have you ever been to that place? Many people have passed through it, but few have visited. It is a cold, soulless place, completely bereft of all atmosphere. Any excuse to escape and visit a town with character, like Accy, will be siezed upon. I can see 500+ MK Dons turning up at the IES.

How can a club like MK Dons have any supporters!? They robbed another club of it's proud history, I would be ashamed if a club like that was moved into Accrington. I certainly wouldn't want to go and watch them
