Re: Where's Our Roof ....song!
That's lovely.
I've got my lighter out.
I want it played at my wedding.

Re: where's the roof?
Two dogs were sitting behind the Clayton end on Sunday & even they joined in-they kept barking "roof, roof".

Re: where's the roof?
Is there any money available for it? Can Gayle Knight not get some through the National Lottery Local Heritage Initiative? Is Accrington Stanley Football Club not a part local tradition and part of our culture? Is the location of the Interlink Express Ground not a local land mark? She states that there are Grants of between £3,000 and £25,000 up for grabs, if you can’t raise the cash through the LHI there must be other funds available. I don’t know what’s been done before by the club but I appreciate an idea of what as been done today and what’s being done for the future.

Operation Umbrellas Make Roof
Everybody bring an umbrella on friday night, tell yer mates. Lets all stand together under our vinyl roof and shout for the roof. Or everybody into the tin shack (sorry oldie types its gonna loud). Abandon the open spaces. leave only the flags waving in wet solitude. We will fight them on the beaches, we will fight them under the roof. Churchill had a roof when he made that speech. Let the roof wars begin.
