Did the cheque bounce? Has the cheque been received from Hong Kong? Has it been spent on other things (new bulb for the floodlights, tiolet paper in the loo, or bigger pies). Come on Stanley, tell your supporters what is going on with the invisible roof. AH, maybe that's it, the roof is already there, maybe we can't see it

And as for Eric, he has been "getting his ass in gear" (to paraphrase your disrespectful term) for a good number of years now. This is why the club has made such amazing progress both on and off the field, roof or no roof!
