I have only ever had one reply to an email I have sent to the club (or shop) and that took nearly 12 weeks to arrive from the date of me sending it.

The thing is, things never seem to get any better do they? I find it all so frustrating!

Gee if i hadnt of mentioned the new stock none of you would of known unless u went into the club shop of course

Your lucky. I've never yet had a reply to any of the emails I've sent to the club. And that's going back about 18 months. Still, the merchandise is in the shop, fleeces look good and I'm looking forward to Christmas!

The point is, those of us who don't go in the shop or are in distant parts, only know about them because StanleyMad told us. The club should be promoting their own merchandise to all and sundry. After all, they are the ones who always tell us that Stanley merchandise sells well all over the world!

I went to the shop on Monday and bought some stuff, the hoodies look good but I just want a reply to a query from Lee.

Thanks to whoever went in the shop today and mentioned that replies to e-mails where needed as Lee has now found my e-mails and answered my query, a bit of a worry was the e-mails had gone straight to his junk mail folder (am I that bad), cheers Lee for the reply if you read this.
