Re: Won't Play At Home During Feb

Might be the case, only 2 home games left (currently) in Feb, both within 4 days of each other. Who knows how long this dismal weather is going to go on for? Or how soft/gullible the ref might be again

Unlikely both off tho, the pitch is looking superb considering how late in the season it is. 3 years ago looked more like a ploughed field!

Only missed Plymouth and Newport this season but haven't yet seen a better truer pitch than Stanleys ......and watching the FL Show there were a lot worse pitches than Stanleys and none were abandoned.Even the ref got carried away at half time with how good it was judging by the long play he had rolling and kicking the ball about.

Somerset can relax. Just got back from the youth team's emphatic win over Bristol City and can inform him the the pitch was just about perfect.

Barring a seven o'clock deluge there won't be a problem a week on Friday against Scunny.
