Wrexham Saturday and Next Season

I wouldnt mind betting that at least 3 of the new pros from the Youth squad will play on saturday. (has to be a good thing)
Also, just something I have been contemplating.
I also bet if MARK KING and DAVID MANNIX leave at the end of the season they will both play at a higher level than we are.
What does this say about the style of football we play??

I agree with you JB that King and Mannix will probably play at a higher level, what needs to be done to keep them?

I'd hazard a guess that Mark King won't play for us again whilst John Coleman is in charge - read what you will into that . Really hope Mannix stays as I don't think we've seen the best of the lad yet

I think Mark King has committed the ultimate crime of having good habits like being good on the ball and having an opinion. As for Mannix, I, for one, believe he is on just too high a wavelength (ability wise) for most of the other players!!

Good luck to the young lads if they do play!!

But if David Mannix doesn't get a game, however can he prove to the Club that he is a quality player ?. Saturday's weather conditions just cried out for someone who could pass rather than 'hoof', and yet an untried debutante was preferred as a replacement to the one player on the bench who was capable of doing this !.
It must have done wonders for David's confidence, and the disappointment etched on his face after the game confirmed this for me.
I hope he stays at the FES....he has so much to offer !!
