Re: Zoo
As much as I love the club.... and I don't usually knock anything about it if possible....
But how the hell did we win best non league ground ?
How the hell did we appear outside the bottom 5 for that matter? How is the IES better than Stevenage for example or a dozen others...
Sorry for the cold water but lets be honest here.. Who really thinks we have the best non league ground.. go on really stretch your imagination and tell me why zoo readers think we have the best ground... Not team or fans.. best ground ?

Re: Zoo
Well - that proably says goodbye to our roof, we obviously don't need one if we have the best non-league ground.

According to tthe Guardian, Delia sourced her steak and kidney pies after a visit to Stanley ( http://football.guardian.co.uk/News_...433462,00.html). More likely, the journalist got his knickers in a twist as it seems she just went straight to Holland's ( http://www.hollandspies.co.uk/delia.htm).

Re: Zoo
If this is true and it is for the food, that does not reflect well on the rest of the non-league world's food. Defo not having a pie at Burscough tonight, might get food poisoning or summat. (joke)

Re: Zoo
Leigh RMI have the best food in conference..superb curry and chips at cheapo prices... just a shame there fans are so obnoxious that they let the club down.... They shouldn't even be allowed at the IES... Thankfully it looks like they wont be again ......

Pitch at this time of season, is definitely better than I ever used to see at Maine Road, 30-odd years ago... So, congrats Smiffy, & all who assist you.... You're the unsung heroes!!!
Hope everyone else appreciates your efforts!!
