Re: Appreciating Accrington
To be quite honest Carla, I can't believe you own up to having friends who own/have owned guns, or carry knives, or weapons of any description.

Re: Appreciating Accrington
You seem to have such a laissez-faire attitude about the fact they do. Like so many others who don't worry about it until it affects them.

I have some of these in the house, purely ornamental, but if used on the street it is an offensive weapon, there was a case in Clayton recently I recall.

Re: Appreciating Accrington
oooh but if anything major was to happen like young kids pinching them of their mums wall and using them against others then would there be a crackdown on banning them etc? do you think that could happen?

Re: Appreciating Accrington
There are lots of things that can be used as an offensive weapon in the wrong hands...
Baseball bats for one, we can't ban them can we?

Re: Appreciating Accrington
surprising that there are no comments on the latter half of this thread, considering the number of people that have viewed it?
Does everyone think it is normal to carry a gun then, to protect yourself?
Maybe it's just me then......
