Just a headsup. Tried to pay C-tax twice via HBC website yesterday. First attempt errored with an odd redirect URL (secure1.hyndburnbc.gov.uk/paris.net/Sales/), a 2nd attempt in the evening completed the transaction, but returned a message saying HBC's payment systems are down and to phone them...
