1972/73

Jimmy Hinksman, Ian Wilcox and Dave Baron I think are 3 that I remember, but I am sure someone will come on and quote the whole team soon.

Here we go,

Dick (Richard) Ellis
Ian Wilcox ( capt)
Tony Beard
A (?) Farrell possibly Tony
Jim Howley
Dave Baron
Alan Davis
David Hinksman ( Jimmy's son)
Mel Widdup
Stuart Illingsworth
Graham Bisby
Benny Newell

Manager Jimmy Hinksman

I thought I had the programme for this match, but the only programme I have for this season is v Darwen the week before.

Trust this helps:)

Southern Red, despite his youthful good looks, is knocking on seventy this year. It's just that his paper round was only ever done on paper.

I think you,ll find it,s Tom Beard and your correct about Tony Farrell as well as all the rest. I played with them all except Bisby.
