How low can a person stoop?????
I received a pm from my sister Grego this morning saying that her pet Dave is on his last legs, she has no ackers left and can't afford to feed him. I had noticed that he looked a bit peaky and had played with him a few times but to no avail.
Grego is a busy lass with a toddler and doesn't have as much free time as I do to peruse the site and make posts, so her ackers earning potential is not good. Prior to the changes on the site, she had invested her ackers wisely, as had I and had millions in the bank. Unfortunately when the changes went ahead we were de-ackered.
In an attempt to help grego save her starving and faithful friend dave I have committed unspeakable sins today. I almost daren't tell you..........But, go on then....
I transferred some of my ackers to grego, but knowing that she may not be able to get back online in the next couple of days, I logged on as her. This is an arrangement we had as a dave preservation method in case grego couldn't get online. It's an absolute sin on here and I will probably end up being banned. I did manage to give dave some food and health but it is not nearly enough.
Desperate for more ackers I then attempted to steal some from a friend. The system wouldn't let me do it and I wasn't taking a fortune, just 30 ackers, and he can afford it and probably deserves it for all the taunting that he's given the pets in the past. Kind of a rough justice, if you would........But no, I couldn't do it and I feel sooooooo ashamed for even trying.
I may suggest to grego that she puts dave up for adoption and hopes he gets a nice new home, but lets face it.......who would want a shocking pink spider.
So here I stand, contrite and waiting to be judged by my fellow members. How low have I sunk in an attempt to help someone? I only hope that my friends on here can find it in their hearts to forgive me............. Maybe I should try to steal ackers from someone I don't know ;-)
