will saturdays home game be on ?? is the pitch still water logged

[Tin Monkey]

Let me just check my crystal ball.......................................

Hmmmm.... looking bright for me. I'm going to Bradford instead.

...and if it is postponed, what about the exhibition press launch? Will that be cancelled?

[mab]

tonights home reserve game was called off because of a waterlogged pitch, and with more rain to come before saturday not looking good.

[lancsdave]

I think the reserve game might have been postponed for precaution rather than the normal waterlogged pitch. Probably didn't want to take the covers off and chance it. ( presuming the covers are on )

Media launch would still go ahead

Cheers for the info, HR.

The pitch covers aren't waterproof, just frost proof so they wont be on I dont think....

launch will still go ahead as we have Granada cameras down filming it and hopefully Sky as well. We are also hoping for a guest or two but we're not sure yet on that.

Hmmm how can you tell in the pitch (ha ha) black???? And were the turnstiles open for you to get through for a proper look??

[DAV007]

i hope its not.
Ive got another Kopite who has been increasingly depressed with premiership football who will be attending his first Accy game.

In that case I think there's about a 0% chance of the game being on
