It's been a slow couple of days events wise. I am now back on day shifts and yesterday was really busy but today has been fine. Went to see my friend Angie tonight as I haven't seen her since we came back from New Zealand and she's my best mate. She works nights and for the last month we have done opposite nights and been unable to meet up.
It was great to see her and have a bit of a girly gossip. Her boyfriend told us that he would leave us in peace to talk about whatever it is that women talk about when they're together. I told him that we just talk about beer and football, so he wouldn't be missing anything
After leaving Angie's I called around at Lorraines. One of our Accyweb members Littlemo is visiting us for one night only. She is in the UK for a week for her brother's 40th and goes home on Thursday to Canada. She has been staying down south somewhere. It was great to see her again and she still looks just like I remember her. I haven't seen her for nearly 20 years and it was lovely to have a chinwag and a catch up. She hasn't been on the site for a while as they had computer problems and she couldn't get on. After replacing hard drives and other technical stuff, she has forgotten her password. I promised that I would pm Roy and ask if he could re-send it to her.
So now I'm home recovering from the 'girls' talk, with a well earned glass of Shiraz.........Well, my mouth is really dry
