Count one point for every tick.
The higher the score, the higher ur stress levels.
Any score above 8 indicates that you need to work at reducing your stress levels before they start to intrude on your life.

Pussycat You need two weeks in a health farm and a good pampering............ but for now 2 asprin's ;)

well thanks pussycat i am now very stressed as i have tick marks all over my monitor in felt tip pen.

well i got an honest 21. And all i can say is what a load of rubbish. Basically what they are saying up there is that if you go to work every day and also have a life then you are stressed.... might just go and sign myself off for a few years!!!

I scored 13, which surprised me as I never feel particularly stressed. I can especially identify with number 22 at this moment in time.

i scored 25, oops best keep taking the pills never mind sunday should help all our stress levels, ha ha ha

:sign_beer i don't know how many i scored because each time i try to add up my points i get to ten realise that to get any further i will have to take my shoes off, so that i can continue, see the knots in my shoe-laces (from having to dress in a hurry so that i can fit everything into my busy life) burst into tears because i know i won't have time to sort out Yet another problem. it's at this point i realise i can't possibly be stressed because i'm too busy being depressesed. :sign_beer

Got 11 - but think some of the questions are about personality rather than stress (i.e. moody!)
Agree shortstuff. And a lot of these are symptoms of depression, Sometimes connected, but most often not.

Also I have bitten my nails and chewed my pencils since I was tiny, maybe I was a stressed child!

Sometimes have a problem with no 24 but put that down to age and hormone levels!

Can't see why no 10 should necessarily be an indicator of stress.
To my mind it can also show strength of character. The usual course of things is to consider something, take ideas on board, then have an opinion on it. Being easily swayed is more an indicator surely?

Can't see why no 23 is necessarily a bad thing either. If somethings worth doing it's worth doing well and to the best of our ability I would have thought.

Agree with you Roy, anyone that's works, has a family and has other interests, is bound to have a fairly high score.

Maybe there should be no 31. Reading this list can affect your stress levels.

I know I'm jangled without even taking the test.

I know someone who would break the three figure barrier without breaking sweat.
