Dagenham Thread.

Take a point and clean sheet, although it sounds like it just wouldn't fall for us tonight.
Should have won, could have won, would have won, if just one of the eight or nine goal-line clearances had gone in. Did everything but score. Ball just wouldn't bounce, come down or ricochet for the lads tonight. How their keeper wasn't man of the match is beyond me. Another day and we could have witnessed a 4-8 victory to Stanley. But I'd have taken a point at kick-off and can't complain about the performance. By the way, whoever asked, Rhino was my man of the match for Stanley, but they all did what was asked of them tonight.
They've got it about right, apart from the thread starter - it wasn't boring. In the second half especially, we did everything but score - or clear the first man at corners
. We just couldn't find the last pass to a man in enough space to pick a clean shot. We were so much on top at the end I thought it was inevitable we'd give a goal away in overtime
- thankfully it didn't happen.First time I've seen Rhino - looked a bit shaky on the the left in the first half. Nearly got into trouble on a few occasions. James Gray needs to sort his studs out, spent too much time on his btm - but did run his socks off for the cause.
They announced 25, but I counted 32 of us
On Stanley On!!
No problem the Rhino charged through them, just having a coffee at Stafford Services.
Two cleared off the line as well,Stanley solid and just shaved the first half.
It does when you're looking for a curry house!
