doing the right thing.

It seems like I have been inadvertently doing the the right thing.
Since the Covid 19 started I have been gargling with Listerine mouthwash morning and evening.
My rationale for this was...the mouthwash claims that it kills bacteria..it also contains alcohol.
We are using alcohol based hand sanitiser to prevent the transmission of the virus...so in my mind I thoight that it might be beneficial to gargle with the mouthwash as the throat and naso pharynx are where bugs usually gain entry into our bodies.
What do you know....scientists are doing a survey on the use of Mouthwash to reduce the chances of getting the virus.

We hace also been taking vitamin D and vitamin c to boost out immune systems...it seems like this is the right thing too....this is something that we do every year during the flu season so I felt if it helped protect us from flu...then maybe it would protect us from the virus too...and again scientists are saying ths is the right thing too.

I am not saying that these practices are infallible, but they are most definitely worth a try.

Cashy...it doesn't have to be your 'thing'....you owe it to yourself and to Ange to remain well...to do everything that will give you the best chance of not getting this virus.
Now, you told me off(kindly, I know) about being petulant regarding the lockdown....so please let me tell you that ...because of your age....you should take both d and c vitamins.
One per day....now is that too much to ask Cashy?
We are about the same age, you and I.....and I consider myself very fit and active for my age....but I am taking it....and do so every year during flu season.
