You know when you have a job outstanding and you dread doing it? Well today I did mine! I rang work to tell them I would be back from Mat leave after Christmas. I also want to drop 2 days and just work 3 days as I am dreading leaving Emily, she has a place at a fabulous nursery where Tom went, the head teacher is a good family friend and the staff are so brilliant we made friends with all of them over the last 2 years. So it’s not the child care thats the problem it’s me..............I have so wanted a little girl ever since I was a little girl! She’s just so wonderful, my boys are just fab and I love them equally. I was terrible when I left Tom for the 1st time and he was 2! Any how my manager seems to think it won't be a problem and she understands how I feel, but there is one condition......................I have to take Emily in for a cuddle soon!! Seems like a good deal to me!
So I feel much better about all that now and look forward to returning to some adult company and some giggles with my buddy Jo who I work with. If you think I can bitch about folk, you should meet Jo! All in good fun might I add!
The decorating is on-going and, as I am sure Neil is, I am totally fed up with the mess, but I know it will be gorgeous when its done.............I married a perfectionist................I wouldn't have him any other way.
