I almost met the Grim Reaper last night. I mean, I've always found him very handsome and he has a wicked dress sense , but I must have been not quite ready.
Mains electric cable, loose, me not realising, using my mobile phone as a torch (yes I know I'm an idiot) and next news I'm on my back with lit up eyes and a DIY 80s' hair do.
I don't KNOW why I wasn't knocked unconscious or worse, why I've no burns or bruises even from the fall.. I'm no expert on electricity but if it was so powerful, and it was the cable that serves the whole building-then why the hell didn't I come off worse. Time to stop questioning and just be more even more thankful for life/health than I already was methinks! If that's even possible. I'm not sure it is really but I'm going to give it a shot
