No Neil but some of he others would, i. e. Its illegal to be drunk on licensed premises, thats me stuffed for a start and a taxi driver is required to ask all passengers if they have smallpox or the plague, don't now but i've had the dreaded lurgy mny a time

I saw the article, but I can't seem to find the actual law myself and that article doesn't help with that. The same law was mentioned in the Times but again, no sources.

If you manage to find a citation for it so I can look it up, I'd be really interested to know.
