Ground Capacity

On a seperate note, how many more defenders/midfielders do we need???? For me, the problem is up front!!!!!!

4 years to bring the ground up to scratch, Its beyond a joke, and one of the reasons why we currently dont have flags on the clayton end.

Why do we put up with this as a fan base....

Some of us did say similar things many months ago, but were shouted down at the time..............go figure :)

To be fair though, If there are 500 extra places for the likes of bradford fans, they are likely to sell them all. 500 extra places for Stanley fans and they aren't going to sell any. If it brings more money into the club then I'm quite happy for the extra capacity to be for visiting supporters.

I don't understand where there is room either side of the Coppice end, can somebody enlighten me ?

This is the little bit that made me laugh:

"Football League have been good with us so we want to do it out of respect for them"

...or do it for ourselves because we HAVE to have it done and we want to do it because its embarrassing if we cant!

They seem very good at kowtowing when the **** hits the fan. It's usually the sign of desperation in weak people who believe themselves to be more intelligent and capable than they really are.

The thing is, this type of statement is very reminiscent of the things said in relation to the Inland Revenue. Just substitute the words Inland Revenue for Football League and you'll see what I mean.

TBH there was more Oldham fans than Stanley last saturday, why coz they have a bigger fan base than us. Our normal attendance is usually about 1200 home supporters (approximately) but for some reason was down below a 1000 last week. Could be that season ticket holders didn't fancy paying the extra or basically some fans may have thought the result was a foregone conclusion and ballsed it up big style.

No its a bloody disaster if you can't;)

'we want to do it' but have shown no inclination thus far until we've been given a deadline.

How long until the inevitable webcall for some free labour goes out? It's a shame they've upset the ultras really :-)
