I've had nearly a week of 'normal' sleep, the first really in eighteen months, and it feels fantastic!
I read until 2am, and then turn off the lamp and then sleep until the alarm goes off at eight. It makes such a big difference to how I can cope with this bloody illness. I'm not counting my chickens, but at the moment I feel bloody good. Perhaps when the neurologist gave me these antidepressants, when l really wanted something to help me sleep, he knew what he was doing. My mood is bouyant too. Usually I hate Autumn, but at the moment I'm feeling very positive, and am even planning for things that I want to do in the future.
Tonight I'm going to Mum's for tea, then I'll drive us back home, pick up my next door neighbour, and head to the Civic Theatre, to see the play Gayle Knights in.
Tomorrow I'm going to the football with Harwood Red, where we will hopefully meet up with Spuggie J, one of the other co-sponsors of the Accy Web Alliance. In the evening I'm off out with my bud on a pub crawl.
All in all a very nice weekend to look forward to.
