.. this new cast ... had a different plasterer again .. and she put a lot more padding under the cast and you know how i said that my skin is really dry well its coming off and as the cast is a new one its tight and so the skin is stuck underneath all the padding .. and its itching like anything 
have even woken up in the nite cos of the itch .. oh and its a good job the spugsters here .. he attacked it with the stanley knife as the ends of the bandaging of the cast started coming off and was sticking up .. and digging into my fingers halfway up my arm ...
anyway the spugster arrived friday nite .. late cos he missed his connection at preston .. his train from oop north was just pulling into preston 10 mins late as the one to accy was pulling out ...
sunday was up and out of the house before 10am!!! scary was down rawtenstall about 10.15 and went to rammy's farmers market. have never been to the farmers market before ..and now i know why .. spent a fortune but a good number of stalls .. its not just outside outside grants at the top of the town its inside the civic hall as well .. we went down on the train as thought it would be easier to get there ...and you just come out of the station and walk up to the top of the street and its there in front of you... its every second sunday of the month .. also called in the chocolate cafe .. got 3 bars of choccy .. 1 for the spugster (dark wi licorice on it) and 2 for me .. strawberry & vanilla cheesecake (white chocolate) and banoffee pie (milk chocolate) .. am sat here eating the strawberry one .. mmm its very nice ..
anyway im off .. im getting up early again later on ...
