hi all, well dan had his first lot of chemo & wasn't too bad, but had to be rushed back in because his temprature rose & he had an infection (due to him cutting his wisdom teeth
) he did get a blood clot just as he had finished his chemo...what more? they fitted him with another line in his stomach for some anti clotting drug. i developed a chest infection so could not go to see dan as i was afraid of him being infected again ..by me ..we did speak at times on phone & was thrilled to be told by him that he now has slight more movement in his leg ..yippee,
i got a phone call on sunday 26th may from our jet ...my grandson dan was inviting me out for lunch the day after. monday 27th, i readily accepted .. we met in the willows jet dan & myself ...oh i could not believe how well he looked, we found a table & disscussed the menu ..we then ordered a combo starter to join at then jet & dan had an angus burger chips & salad, & then dan wanted a dessert oh wow his appitite is amazing ive not seen him eat like that since before christmas ..(when all this started).
