I'm on my Nephew's p.c. while we should be celebrating his Birthday tea!

Have to go, hopefully back tomorrow - l've pulled every string to quicken it, inc. the poor disabled man who needs phone access!

Are you sure its an underground BT fault? They have'nt cut you off 'cos you did'nt pay the bill, have they?
