I've got to admit, im very very scepticle of his management, He still hasnt won a game, where signing strikers by the bag full, nothings changed from newell.

It's known we don't need to sell, not even to Championship clubs that have shown interest. I can't get my head around by Woods wood think Symes would fancy a move to Grimsby? Probably just a statement of false intent for the fans who want him sacked.

More than likely, we've been begging for money to be spent and stop wasting time on journeymen, last signing for money we made was martin gritton back in 05/06 or 06/07 not too sure when, but was only 5k. Were fed up of no ambition, and were exactly short on money, we've sold bennett for about 675,000 and a young lad to hull for 100,000

Be interesting to see how Fletcher gets on. As somebody who supports Burnley but also goes to watch Stanley, Symes and Fletcher have very similar styles, just one has bags more experience.:)

tell ya what, 2 months ago ya would probably have got him fer that, club were that desperate. now on a much more even keel, thank god.:)

250.000 then i still say no. why go to a bottom 4 team always down a the bottom in the last year or too or so

As good as he looks, he is out of contract in a few months time. I presume if he hasnt signed his new deal within the next few days we will have to accept offers for him.

True davo but he'd have to have rocks in his head to go yon.

Very true he has come to us, settled in well with the squad, playing week in week out, scoring goals, i think he should stay till least next january get a good season under his belt, with the sqaud and see what comes about next january.

Does anyone else have a smirk on the face with the fact that we are actually turning down six figure sums?

I DO :D:D:D
