Missing the Lad......

I couldn't show my face over the doorstep today, I had a face like a mouldy melon with all the crying I did yesterday......hubby said I was crying in my sleep too.
I have really missed the lad today......I went out to look in the garage this morning ready to give him his doses of antibiotics...... then remembered he was gone to pussy cat heaven.......where they grow sardines in the garden.......and mice hang from all the bushes.
I cleared away his basket and sadly put his blanket into the wash.
It is amazing that a little animal who I have only had for 4 months can make such an impact on my life. Sweet dreams Lad!

Sorry about your cat. It's awful when you lose a pet no matter how long you've had them. My cat died last year and I still miss her now.

OOh that made me feel sad reading that,
Makes me think about my spike hes an old ginger tom cat, when i say old i mean old hes in his 20s now bless him, all he does is sleep eat and poo! oh and leave hairs all over the place. But reading your journal has made me think how much i will miss him when he goes.

I hope you have cheered up a touch by the time you read this one.
