I was combing my hair the other day and pondering life (like you do). When I couldn't help but notice the vast amount of grey hair sprouting from my bonce. I have nothing against grey hair per se, except when it's on my head.
I couldn't help but notice it, it's thicker and coarser than the rest of my hair, it sticks out at odd angles, a bit like minge really.... It looks very obvious with me being a brunette, so I decided that it had to go.
I toyed with the idea of pulling a few of them out, but faced with the knowledge that at least 12 more will come to the funeral, I contacted my hairdresser...
I have just returned from the hairdressers and have to admit that it looks fab. I have braved it and had a full head colour with some streaks in. My hair is a shiny chocolate brown now with some fine copper streaks, not a hint of grey. I now look my age (30) again........I have been 30 for the last 7 years..
I've had a funny week in the hair department. One of my little relatives had a slight problem with some unwanted guests squatting on her head last weekend. After having a few cuddles with the family the little person's mother informed us of the parasite situation. I have been itching all week just thinking about it. Despite my best efforts to search my hair, I have found no sign of any lifeforms on my head.
Last night, just as the itching had stopped, I was combing the dog and found evidence of fleas.......... Ignoring the urge to dump her at the RSPCA, I dragged out the nit comb and gave her a thorough going over. I finished her off this morning and added a few drops of Frontline. I do normally treat her every few months, but had neglected my duties as a good owner in the flea busting department lately. Having hoovered the house I had just about stopped itching when I went to the hairdressers....
After applying my colour I was informed that....................."sometimes hair dye can make you itch you know."
