As noted elsewhere i was supposed to be going to sisters to have a go at her comp yesterday - supposed to be being the operative words!! Had a meeting last the AGM as im secretary thought i'll be organised and print off the emails and then go down to sisters cos i probably would be late back from there. Prints em all out - got down to the last one thought thats a strange colour - damn printer had blocked the black so knew i'd have to print em all off again - tried cleaning the print heads damn thing wouldnt print - took 3 hrs to try and get it to print. Meeting at 7 thought not got a chance. So rang sis up and apologised for not getting there i'd go down tomorrow - no wait till sat. Goes to meeting last night secretary for another year! Found out after the meeting had finished it will be our chairs birthday on Sunday - he will be 80. Then another member said come round for a brew tomorrow - said ok knew then id be going down accy so i said id go round bout 3.30/4ish because she does voluntary work on a friday morning. Gets home from there rings another member up to tell them about his birthday, just about to ring another one up - phone rings its neighbour - shes got someone coming in the morning will i be in. I said just as long as its definately morning - she said its before 12 - ok then, cos said had to go down accy etc. Ring me to make sure im up. Next phone goes spug... by the time i got off the phone from him - the battery was dead in the phone and too late to ring this other member. Took my mobile to bed with me - have to have something to keep me warm now hes back up the road 
but forgot to turn it off silent - neighbour rings me 6 times i answered it on the 7th - i slept in!!! Anyway up, washed breakfast keeping an eye out for this bloke. 12 comes no one been - i'll give em till 1 - sent neighbour a txt msg saying not been and she said they definately said it would be before 12. Now im still at home looking out and there is a bloke standing on the front - so finds keys and by the time i managed to get out - the bloke had gone. Still no sign finally gave up at 2.30 pm no one had been. Next up goes out for the bus - 2 buses went hassy way and the other person at the bus stop said we'd just missed one! So gets down town, called in Gregs office, got the makings for broth, gets birthday cards, milk etc. Finally gets home at 4.05 overheard a conversation on the bus that i will blog later, gets in the house stuffs stuff in freezer rings who i were supposed to be going to see at 3.30 ish - said im running late got caught up will tell you when i get up there. Her son was coming for tea - and he'd get there at the same time as me - so leave it till monday. She also suggested a pressie for birthday boy- so rang his wife - he answered - very funny conversations they are when someone there you dont want to hear!!! Turns out doesnt drink, diabetic so no chocolates, ok. Rings the other member up- voucher - book token etc. So rings other secretary up hes going to get that tomorrow - £40 in vouchers. He doesnt have a comp so i know he wont read that. But im the one who has the birthday card - hes ringing me tomorrow and wherever i am seeing as i could be at sisters which is just round the corner from him. So next up rang the other one up - she said yes thats ok and you want to go out for lunch on Monday instead of calling up today just find out what time the buses are! So had a not so busy morning - but a busy afternoon!!! What else can happen today!!!
