Well l feel bloody fantastic. 
The last two nights l've managed to sleep a little at nights, which physcologically means there's a gap between the days, plus l've also had some rest. Yippee.
Yesterday l drove over into the Ribble valley, took some lunch and my book and enjoyed a beautiful walk in the sun.
Slept four hours again last night.
Went shopping and for lunch in Accrinton with Mum. Felt neither doped, drunk or was sick in the street which usually hapens.
Drove to Queen's Park, Aunt Ros though still ill was very much herself. She was back to being the family Matriarch, worrying about everyone else.
Tomorrow, off to the theatre with Sparkologist and Lettie to see a musial 'happening'.
