At this time of year the papers are full of psychic predictions for the coming year of 2009.

World Predictions for 2009

Personally I think it's a load of mumo-jumbo, but lets see if we can predict what might happen in the next twelve months, by peering into our crystal balls.

There'll be karma, and kudos, for the most accurate predictions...though you'll have to wait twelve months to get it.:D

I predict that the United Kingdom will come a close second in the Eurovision Song Contest, and a meteor will come to earth in Scotland.

What do you see?
 
The next 12 months ...uuuummmmmmmm theres going to be an argument in scotland with certain persons, burnley will be in the play offs or just miss them by one spot, blackburn rovers will by the skin of their teeth stay in the premiership, and the piece de resistance ... i will clean the house out!!!:D:D:D

If a meteor decides to pop in for a visit I will save a piece for you Rindy. :tongueout Second in the Eurodivision shout contest I think not the UK is all hot air and with as much content as a polititions brain cavity. :eek:

The argument might depend on where Rindys meteor decides to land. :p Could save you the trouble that and getting at them afore another female down there does. :eek:

  2. Duke of Edinborough has to watch his health. He cant outrun his angry wounded prey anymore and could have a heart attack trying
  3. A wedding in Monaco. Wee Willie gets wed there to avoid the press
  4. A yacht on fire in Monaco. The credit crunch fuels a few "accidents"
  5. A tragedy around Princess Caroline. She finds that she cant marry Willie and becomes a Nun
  6. Kidnapping Royal Family. Chick is desperate to have the throne goes for this option.
  7. Trouble around Fergie. Nowt new there as she poses naked in a MILF mag.
  8. Attack on the Queen. Charlie tries again to force her to abdicate
  9. Buckingham Palace on fire. Trying to save pennies lead to a large number of candles being used and the inevitable fire
  10. A horse mishap around the Royals. The horse keeps its "Crown Jewels" and takes a liking to Fergie (must have seen the mag)
  11. The Royal Crown Jewels are stolen. Charles hasnt got much use for them anyway at his age.
  12. The Queen has to watch her health. All the rich living has given her a few problems on the wind side.
  13. Windsor Castle on fire. Harry and his chums have a party and it got out of hand

I am sure that a few years ago there was a docudrama on what could happen if Yellowstone decided to cure its constipation. I watched and it was interesting, fascinating, shocking, eyeopening and I hope a worse case senario.
 
I recently saw a programme about earthquakes, and the plates under L.A. are due to collide, resulting in a much bigger quake than the one in 1994.

Apparently it happens every 200 years or so, but the last time it happened there was only a few cactii there, rather than the millions of inhabitants who live there today.
