Was this chap right or wrong

Its people like this stupid cow Christine Dean, that have contributed most to the way society responds these days, they are scum n shes too stupid n self righteous to accept it.

The magistrate was right, the teenagers are scum, and so is the court clerk, Christine Dean, for objecting to the term, and for encouraging the boy's mother to make an offical complaint.

It's half-wits like this woman who allow scum to do, and get away with, whatever they want.

Sack her.

spot on, this is how criminals come to have more rights than honest decent folk, its all very well certain people saying "Tough on Crime" but while people like her can do this, its just "Meaningless Words":( she has no concept at all in my opinion of what ordinary decent people think.

The boys' parents are scum as well, for taking Christine Dean's advice to make an offical complaint.

Most decent parents would have been horrified and ashamed of what their offspring have done, and would have wanted to give them both a thick ear, not make a fuss, when someone had the bottle to say what they actually are....scum.

It's made all the national papers too.

Jolly well done Ms. Dean, champion of scum.

...and while we're at it, we could sack this plonker as well.

Is it any wonder most folk are totally hacked off with the whole rotten, stinking system?

Oh for God's sake.

It makes you want to bang your head against a brick wall.

They were illegal immigrants, convicted of committing violent crimes in this country.

Of course they should be securely help in prison until they are deported.

But no.

They wil be allowed to remain here, and receive tens of thousands of pounds in compensation.

One day there'll eventually be a revolution, by decent people, sick and tired of the scum always coming out smelling of roses, facilitated by 'do-gooding' morons.

This Court Clerk should feel ashamed of her actions...and be reprimanded herself!

They are scum...whats wrong in tellin em so!...No doubt now the Scum will get a pay out because their feelings have been upset...this world gets more pathetic by the day!

I've joined the Facebook group.....nice to see yer Mugshot on there Jaysay!!:D

Best Regards - Taggy

Austin Molloy was right to call these young adults Scum.......and Christine Dean should be relieved of her post.
These young adults need to recognise that there are consequences for their actions, and this will never happen if they are allowed to get away with the magistrate being reprimanded.
The words did not hurt as much as the birch would have done...because years ago that is what would have happened to these lads....now, that would have sent them home crying to their mother.
The parents of these lads are to blame too....they should be takng firmer control of their offspring.

If I'd have done anything like this I don't know about hurt my feelings, it would certainly have hurt my backside, from my Fathers foot right up it

if you dont think facebook will be noticed by those who are concerned in this disgracefull decision you can write your support for Austin Molly to this department

Christine Dean is a disgrace to the justice system and i wonder how she would describe them if it was her home they had vandalised

I think she might just call them nice teenage boys......but only in court......in private she would probably call them far worse than SCUM.

Here are the government guidelines for magistrates clerks
http://www.judiciary.gov.uk/docs/codeconduct_updated_Oct07.pdf

I think she has 'overstepped her mark' by advising the parents to complain.
(and possibly breached some others to - eg 'impartiality').

When magistrates dealt with child maintenance cases, I had dealings with them professionally. Even back then they regarded themselves as 'tin gods' and 'they who must be obeyed'.
They regarded lay magistrates as amateurs who needed to be told what to do (and what verdict to return)

It looks like the old ways persist here.
