Question!!!

I have a bottle of baileys that I purchased last christmas. It's been in my fridge since then.

On the bottle it says ' Drink within 4 month of purchase'. I have opened it and it smell's ok and taste fine!!!


What do you think?? will it be ok or not...................


I love baileys at this time of year!! It's my traditional christmas drink.

Well I have poured myself a glass of it now!!! it still looks ok and smell's and tastes great!!

I suppose with this stuff I would know if it was off because of the cream that is in it ?? It would curdle wouldn't it ?

Hate to tell you this but it does go off, it smell completely normal and tastes the same, takes 24 hour to kick in then you will wonder what the hell has hit you, it rots you away from the inside
