Perhaps Burnley are trying to do amends as it was Bob Lord who sent Stanley out of the league so many years ago. I did go to a game at Rovers a good few years ago (Centenary match?)which benefited...

Keep the mountain bikes OFF public FOOTPATHS. They are allowed to use bridleways. The use of mountain bikes erodes the footpaths at an alarming rate.

Looks like there was a condition set when building the houses - now they want it removed ie not do the work in condition 5. This could be something to do with access or the type of paving etc.etc
