An Oz visitor

Since Ma's little hospital escapade, my sister in Brisbane has been thinking about making a visit over here.

I tried to dissuade her while Ma was in hospital, I feared that ma would think we were keeping some grim secret from her.

I have kept my sister up to date with daily e-mails on Ma's progress(although she thinks she hasn't made any kind of progress at all....and is really frustrated when she knows what she wants to say, but can't get the words out).
Vanessa has had a British guest over the last few weeks, so had not really had the opportunity to sort out flights for a trip over.

The complicating issue is that her other half is a policeman, and though he has some leave due, he hasn't enough to come over here for any length of time.......and Vanessa thought that to pay to come over for only a week or so was a bit of a waste......so she is coming over on her own.

She is a very nervous flyer, so it will be a bit of a trial for her.......to help her overcome the problem, she is bringing her friend Di Azepam....she feels that with her help she will be feeling no strain.

So my baby sister arrives here on or around 2nd of July, and flies home on the 22nd of July.
We might just get up to some lumber in that time:D
